The Graduation Ceremony of Graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy
Dear Graduates,
Congratulations on your successful completion of your studies.
You will be granted the Diploma during The Graduation Ceremony.
Graduation Ceremony of Graduates of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Comenius University Bratislava in AY 2022/2023 will take place in the Rector's Hall of the Comenius University in Šafárikovo námestie 6 in Bratislava:
June 27, 2023 (Tuesday) at 3:00 p.m. (training begins at 2:00 p.m.)
Students register for graduation by themselves through the AIS2 system from May 23, 2023, from 12:00 a.m. to May 31, 2023, until 11:59 p.m. You can apply only when you have completed your studies in AIS2 (within 2 days of the last state exam).
The graduation ceremony is an academic ceremony and has own rules.
Graduates are obliged to come 1 hour ahead with their ID card or passport for registration and subsequent ceremonial training. Graduates who do not attend within 10 minutes of the start of the ongoing training will not be eligible for the graduation ceremony. The dress code for the graduation ceremony is business formal.Academic officials wear gowns for graduation.Formal dress is a condition for attending the graduation ceremony.A graduate whose dress/suit and footwear does not correspond to the dignity of the solemn act will not be admitted to graduation.
For graduates – gentlemen: is compulsory suit/pants and jacket and white shirt, respectively light shirt with decent tie, dark socks, closed formal shoes (best black lacing).
For graduates – ladies: a dress or costume (especially for the graduation ceremony, the dark colour or the white or light blouse, the monochrome dress, the stockings) and the formal black shoes with a full tip are the most suitable.
Bare shoulders, skirts shorter than 10 cm above knees, deep necklines, shiny or transparent materials are excluded and unsuitable. Common sandals, beach shoes are forbidden !!!
Entry to Aula UK for parents, visitors and graduates is possible 15 minutes before the start of the graduation with a valid ticket. Access to the balconies is for free.
Every graduate is entitled to 4 free tickets, which he will receive on the day of graduation at the UK College when signing a university degree in the UK university register.
If you are interested in other tickets, the sale in the UK building in Šafárikovo námestie 6 will be secured one hour before the graduation ceremony according to the graduation schedule.
