GUIDELINES FOR E-MAIL CONTACT WITH STUDENTS

For communication with the Faculty (Study Department, teachers, Dean's office, etc.), please use only the University E-mail box Office365.
Similarly, this mailbox will be used as the complete contact of teachers and Faculty with you, e.g., using the Messages function in AIS2.
Faculty staff (teachers, Study Department staff, administration offices, ...) are not obliged to respond to the communication sent from private servers (e.g., Gmail). Such communication does not clearly identify the message´s sender as a CU student and can therefore be considered anonymous.
It is, therefore, necessary to familiarise yourself with this E-mail system. The University E-mail system will ensure your unique identification when in contact with the University. At the same time, it is ensured that all information related to your study is always delivered to you in a standard way.
