Social Pharmacy and Pharmacoeconomics

The examination in SOCIAL PHARMACY and PHARMACOECONOMICS course will be in written form, i.e., students will complete the test in MOODLE interactive environment.

The final written exam will consist of a set of 10 questions.

Each of the questions will be evaluated by 1 points (maximum score from the final evaluation: 10 points). Time to complete the final exam from SOCIAL PHARMACY and PHARMACOECONOMICS will be 20 min.

The terms (date and time) for a final exam will be registered via AIS-2.

Only a student who is properly registered via the AIS-2 electronic system and who is signed in the SOCIAL PHARMACY and PHARMACOECONOMICS course in the moodle system, will be allowed to take the exam.

For the final written exam, unlimited number of students can be registered, however, 2 days before the exam date at the latest.

Evaluation of the exam will be as follows: 10 points (evaluation level A), 9 points (B), 8 points (C), 7 points (D), 6 points (level E), less than 6 points (FX, not passed).

After the registering, an eventual absence at the final exam must be correctly justified by a student. The absence can be excused in officially documented cases (medical certificate, etc.) or in the case of serious family reasons only. The explanation and proof of the absence (medical certificate, etc.) must be send via e-mail to the lecturer (tesar@fpharm.uniba.sk); the absence could be excused by the lecturer only. If the absence of a student would not be satisfactorily explained and excused, the evaluation of the SOCIAL PHARMACY and PHARMACOECONOMICS course would be FX (not passed).
