Definite enrolment at the Faculty for academic year 2017/2018

It is absolutely necessary that students check the information in study index and in AIS and that this information is identical (especially grades and dates of examinations). If students miss teacher's signatures in their study indexes they can not be enroled into the next academic year.

If student misses the grade in AIS system he needs to contact the teacher and ask him to enter the grade into the system as soon as possible.

Passing obligatory subjects:

An obligatory subject has to be passed. If not, it shall be repeatedly registered. If the subject is already a transfer subject (repeatedly registered subject) and it has not been passed the student shall be excluded from study.

Passing obligatory elective subjects:

If an obligatory elective subject is not passed, the student can register for the same subject again, or choose another obligatory elective subject for the next academic year to replace the former one. If the same obligatory elective subject or another obligatory elective subject is chosen, it becomes obligatory and has to be passed. If not, the student shall be excluded from study.

At the moment of the enrolment at the faculty student signs the study plan for the next academic year which becomes from that moment binding. Study administrator validates student's ISIC card with validation stamp (after that student has to electronically validate his/her ISIC card at the faculty's terminal). After the enrolment student has to check in the AIS system if his/her study plan has been entered into the AIS system correctly. Later reclamations shall not be accepted.

Presence at the enrollment:

Student is obliged to be personally present at the enrolment on date as stated by the faculty. However, should serious reasons prevent him to come s/he can authorize another person to represent him/her at the enrollment. Such person must have an authorization from the student verified by a notary which will be filed within the file of the student. All steps of verified person are legally seen as steps of the student and as such the student is obliged to fulfil all the obligations that the verified person bound him for.
