Dean from Indonesia Visits the Faculty of Pharmacy

On June 23, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmacy at Comenius University in Bratislava welcomed the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Sanata Dharma University in Yogyakarta (Indonesia), Dr. Dewi Setyaningsih.

During her visit, Dr. Setyaningsih met with staff members of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology, who guided her through the department's facilities and presented the various research topics currently being addressed. The tour sparked stimulating discussions and promising opportunities for future collaboration in the field of pharmaceutical technology between the respective departments.

At a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at CU, Professor Ján Klimas, the participants discussed the specifics of higher education in their respective countries, opened the topic of interfaculty cooperation, potential student exchanges, and the possibility of joint international grant applications. The visit of Dr. Setyaningsih to the Faculty of Pharmacy was arranged and accompanied by Dr. Andrej Kováč, Assistant Professor at the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology.
