ENROLMENT - 1. YEAR OF STUDY

Welcome, first-year students!

To successfully enroll in your first year of study at the Faculty of Pharmacy, CU, you are required to complete both online and in-person registration. Below are instructions for both registrations.

1. BEFORE ENROLLMENT

Before enrolling, make sure you have completed all necessary formalities MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS: 

  1. Confirmation of the electronic return slip for applicants for study (until 31. 07. 2025)
  2. Pay tuition fees - ISIC fees (by 31. 08. 2025)
  3. Eletronic check-in for accommodation (21. - 31. 07. 2025)
    (only if you are interested in accommodation in dormitories CU)
  4. Before enrolling into the studies, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the documents regarding Safety and Health Protection at Workplace. All students are required complete and submit online test (02. - 31. 08. 2025):

2. ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION

HOW TO REGISTER ELECTRONICALLY

ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION will take place exclusively through the AIS2 system using the "Electronic Registration" application from 02 August 2025 at 08.00 a.m. by 31 August 2025 at 11.59 p.m.

After confirming the electronic registration, print and sign from the AIS2:

  • Study plan protocol, or Change of the Study Plan Protocol
  • Confirmation of payment of tuition fees (payment order is printed form the AIS2 system)

Please send the scanned documents by university email to faf.studyuniba.sk no later than September 30, 2025. You can also deliver the document by post or in person. To facilitate the administrative processing of the enrollment process, we prefer to deliver the document by email.

It is possible to come to the faculty to validate student cards, receive a certificate of study, submit a signed protocol on the student's study plan, etc. ONLY during the official hours of the SO, determined by grade:

FEES

TUTION AND STUDY-RELATED FEES

Tuition and fees related to study are determined by the Rector's Directive of the CU

VP No. 36/2024 CU Rector's Directive Addendum No. 5 to VP No. 17/2021 CU Rector's Directive, which determines the amount of tuition and fees associated with studying at the CU Annex No.5. (pdf)

 STUDENT CARD FEES

  • Student card in full-time study with an ISIC license €26.00 (1st year of study)
  • Student card in full-time study without an ISIC license €13.00 (1st year of study)
  • Renewal of the validity of the student card with an extension stamp:
    • Full-time students with an ISIC license €19.00
    • Full-time students without an ISIC license €6.00
  • Duplicate of student card €7.00


TUITION FEES

ALL STUDENTS are OBLIGATED to pay tuition fee each academic year for the entire length of the standard length of study (5 years) in the amount of 7 500 €

The tuition fee MUST be paid based on payment orders generated by AIS2 when you will be register for electronic enrollment in the study for AY 2024/2025 no later than August 31st by single bank transfer to the the bank account number IBAN: SK61 8180 0000 0070 0013 4836 kept in the State Treasury, constant symbol 0308, variable symbol 648002.. Individual specific symbolwhich identifies student tuition is generated by AIS2.

The document certifying the tuition fee payment must be submitted to the Study Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy. If the student fails to provide a proof of payment of the tuition fee, he/she shall not be registered for the study in the respective academic year.


RECOGNITION OF COMPLETED COURSES AND CREDITS

The recognition of completed courses, credits and grades from previous uncompleted studies is in accordance with Article 18 of the Study Regulations of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University (pdf)

Please send the completed and signed application together with the relevant form via university e-mail or by post, before the beginning of the teaching part of the AY semester, or no later than the end of the 2nd week of the teaching part of the semester:

3. FULL-TIME ENROLMENT

ENROLMENT FOR STUDY for newly admitted students will take place IN PERSON on September 1, 2025 (Monday) from 13.00 h on the faculty premises at the Study Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Comenius University Bratislava, Odbojárov 10 in Bratislava.

To enrol, it is necessary to bring:

  1. Proof of identity (ID card/passport)
  2. An officially certified photocopy of the nostrification or proof of completion of secondary education (only if you have not yet submitted it)
  3. Confirmation of tuition payment

Please note that each applicant must attend the enrolment process in person. If the applicant is unable to appear for enrolment within the set deadline for serious reasons, he/she shall request an alternative date for enrolment in writing. A new enrolment date will be given to him by the Study Department. In the case of acts that are performed in person at the Study department during enrolment for study or enrolment in the next part of study, the student may be represented by a person authorised by the student in writing (pdf).

All students on the enrolment register confirm by their signature that they have completed the mandatory familiarisation in the field of Occupational Health and Safety and training in the field of Fire Protection, that they have understood the above issue and will comply with it and follow it.

A student who participated in enrolment, met all the conditions for e-enrolment, paid the set fees and tuition fees, becomes a full student of the Faculty of FaF UK in the academic year 2025/26.

The most important information about the study (semester schedule, state exams, final theses, etc.) is always sent by e-mail and published in the news on the main website of the faculty. Based on university regulations, we communicate with students only through university email accounts, so it is important to check your mailbox regularly. Some information can also be found on the faculty's Facebook, but this is not the main communication channel and serves primarily to mediate faculty events and not to provide information about study.
