ENROLMENT - HIGHER YEARS OF STUDY

1. BEFORE ENROLLMENT - ALL STUDENTS

Before enrolling, make sure you have completed all necessary formalities MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS: 

  1. Eletronic check-in for accommodation (21. - 31. 07. 2025)
    (only if you are interested in accommodation in dormitories CU)
  2. Before enrolling into the studies, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the documents regarding Safety and Health Protection at WorkplaceAll students are required complete and submit online test (02. - 31. 08. 2025):

2. ELEKCTRONIC REGISTRAION - ALL STUDENTS

HOW TO REGISTER ELECTRONICALLY

ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION will take place exclusively through the AIS2 system using the "Electronic Registration" application from 02 August 2025 at 08.00 a.m. by 31 August 2025 at 11.59 p.m.

After confirming the electronic registration, print and sign from the AIS2:

  • Study plan protocol, or Change of the Study Plan Protocol
  • Confirmation of payment of tuition fees (payment order is printed form the AIS2 system)

Please send the scanned documents by university email to faf.studyuniba.sk no later than September 30, 2025. You can also deliver the document by post or in person. To facilitate the administrative processing of the enrollment process, we prefer to deliver the document by email.

A transcript of study results for archiving for the academic year 2024/2025 2024 will be printed and filed in your study file by the study officer, if you confirm in the electronic entry: "I confirm the registered study results in the system for the academic year 2024/2025. By expressing my confirmation, I agree to the conclusion of the enrolment letter and I am aware that I will no longer be allowed to take further courses in the academic year 2024/2025." The study results recorded in this way will be the basis for calculating the average for the award of the merit scholarship and the total weighted study average throughout the study.

In the documents section, it is also possible to print a confirmation of school attendance for the academic year 2025/2026, which will be valid only after confirmation of full enrolment by your study officer. (Before the confirmed full enrolment, the previous academic year will be indicated on the confirmation).

A prolongation stamp will be issued to you after handing over all the required documents and paying the fee. The receipt of the extension vignettes will take place from 2 to 30 September 2025. You can then activate your card for AR 2024/2025 at the university terminal (the current validity of the cards expires on September 30, 2025)."

It is possible to come to the faculty to validate student cards, receive a certificate of study, submit a signed protocol on the student's study plan, etc. ONLY during the official hours of the SO, determined by grade:

FEES

TUTION AND STUDY-RELATED FEES

Tuition and fees related to study are determined by the Rector's Directive of the CU

VP No. 36/2024 CU Rector's Directive Addendum No. 5 to VP No. 17/2021 CU Rector's Directive, which determines the amount of tuition and fees associated with studying at the CU Annex No.5. (pdf)

 STUDENT CARD FEES

  • Student card in full-time study with an ISIC license €26.00 (1st year of study)
  • Student card in full-time study without an ISIC license €13.00 (1st year of study)
  • Renewal of the validity of the student card with an extension stamp:
    • Full-time students with an ISIC license €19.00
    • Full-time students without an ISIC license €6.00
  • Duplicate of student card €7.00

FEES elected during e-enrolment are paid by bank transfer based on payment orders generated by system AIS2 within 7 days after confirmation of electronic registration.

For students who confirmed the electronic registration AFTER 18 August 2024, the payment is due within 3 days.

Confirmation of the payment of fees is not sent to the faculty, but in case of confusion with the identification of the payment, the Study Department may additionally request this confirmation.


TUITION FEES

ALL STUDENTS are OBLIGATED to pay tuition fee each academic year for the entire length of the standard length of study (5 years) in the amount of 7 500 €

The tuition fee MUST be paid based on payment orders generated by AIS2 when you will be register for electronic enrollment in the study for AY 2024/2025 no later than August 31st by single bank transfer to the the bank account number IBAN: SK61 8180 0000 0070 0013 4836 kept in the State Treasury, constant symbol 0308, variable symbol 648002.. Individual specific symbolwhich identifies student tuition is generated by AIS2.

The document certifying the tuition fee payment must be submitted to the Study Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy. If the student fails to provide a proof of payment of the tuition fee, he/she shall not be registered for the study in the respective academic year.


RECOGNITION OF COMPLETED COURSES AND CREDITS

The recognition of completed courses, credits and grades from previous uncompleted studies is in accordance with Article 18 of the Study Regulations of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University (pdf)

Please send the completed and signed application together with the relevant form via university e-mail or by post, before the beginning of the teaching part of the AY semester, or no later than the end of the 2nd week of the teaching part of the semester:

3. SUPPLEMENTARY ENROLMENT - ONLY FOR INVITED STUDENTS

ENROLMENT FOR THE NEXT PART OF THE STUDY for INVITED students. will take place IN PERSON during office hours in the faculty premises at the Study Department of the Faculty of Pharmacy of Comenius University in Bratislava, Odbojárov 10 in Bratislava.

Students of higher grades will be enrolled through Electronic Enrollment, and they will be invited to FULL-TIME ENROLLMENT individually by the Study Department of the faculty only in the case of incomplete electronic enrollment or students whose interruption of study is ending.

WARNING! A student who fails to enrol in the next part of the study according to the above instructions will be considered a student who is not interested in studying in the academic year 2025/2026 and will be expelled from the study due to failure to meet the conditions. In the event of failure to enrol in the next part of the study in accordance with Section 66 (4) of Act No. 131/2002 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended: "If the student does not enrol within the specified deadline after receiving the invitation and does not request an extension of this period for health reasons that prevent him or her from performing e-enrolment, the date on which the student should have enrolled in the next period of study or on which he or she should have re-enrolled shall be deemed to be the day on which the student dropped out'.
