GRADING SYSTEM AND TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS ISSUED AT THE END OF STUDENT MOBILITY
Grading System:
Students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, regardless of whether they are regular students or mobility students, are assessed according to a grading scale consisting of 6 grading levels and have the same rights and obligations (must consistently meet the requirements of the interim assessment in order to progress to the final exam).
The percentage range in the table below for each grade is for guidance only.
The percentage assessment and the ECTS grade (local grade) awarded may vary from subject to subject, depending on the type of course (compare: A- Obligatory course, B – Obligatory elective course, C – Elective course) and the conditions set for successful completion of the subject.
Local Grade | Definition | Numerical Value | Percentage Value |
A | Excellent | 1 | 100-91 |
B | Very good | 1,5 | 90-81 |
C | Good | 2 | 80-73 |
D | Satisfactory | 2,5 | 72-66 |
E | Sufficient | 3 | 65-60 |
Fx | Failed | 4 | 59-0 |
TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS:
This document is issued by the International Relations Office at the end of the student's mobility, according to the evaluation obtained for each course.
In order to facilitate the transformation of the evaluation for a partner university, each Transcript of Records includes: the local grade (A, B, C, etc.), the corresponding verbal explanation and the percentage evaluation (according to the conditions set for the successful completion of the subject).
All courses are completed with an exam, either in the form of an oral exam or a written test.
SCHEDULES FOR THE WINTER SEMESTER 2026/2027
WINTER SEMESTER:
SCHEDULES ARE ALWAYS VALID FOR THE ENTIRE SEMESTER!
Please note that NOT ALL COURSES in the schedule ARE AVAILABLE TO ERASMUS STUDENTS, either because places on the course are limited and regular international students have priority, or because the number of registered students is too small and the course will not finally be open in the winter semester of 2026/2027.
WHEN MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR PERSONAL SCHEDULE, please follow the instructions regarding the available courses that you will receive by email.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING!
SCHEDULES FOR THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
SUMMER SEMESTER:
SCHEDULES ARE ALWAYS VALID FOR THE ENTIRE SEMESTER!
CROSSED-OUT COURSES WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE SUMMER SEMESTER OF THE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR.

WHAT YOU HAVE TO KNOW BEFORE CREATING A LEARNING AGREEMENT FOR STUDIES ...
Important information FOR both, STUDENTS and their home COORDINATORS:
SUBMISSION OF THE LEARNING AGREEMENTS (ONLINE LAs) - we recommend the students to upload the LA as soon as possible after the registering for Erasmus+ study and uploading all the required documents to obtain an acceptance letter (photo for ISIC, photo of ID, Transcript of Records) - in order to create the best conditions for the Erasmus+ study and maximise the chances of being accepted onto all chosen courses.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE LEARNING AGREEMENT REVIEW:
We will only process the learning agreement (digital learning agreement) once the student has completed all the steps required to obtain confirmation of acceptance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: SLOVAK LANGUAGE COURSE AS PART OF THE LEARNING AGREEMENT-BEFORE THE MOBILITY:
If the student decides to take one of the Slovak courses provided for Erasmus students at Comenius University, this course should be included in the list of courses taken during the student's mobility period:
- SURVIVAL SLOVAK - an intensive course held during the Welcome Week (2 ECTS)
- SLOVAK AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE A1.1 - a semestral course (5 ECTS)
For more information on Slovak courses: HERE.
THE APPROVAL OF THE "LA" (Digital LA) BY THE FACULTY OF PHARMACY, CU BRATISLAVA does not guarantee that the student will automatically be able to participate in all enrolled subjects, e.g. as a result of a collision.
To PREVENT OVERLAPPING, please pay due attention to the recommendations and useful information on courses below:
1. TO MEET REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE, THE B2 LEVEL OF ENGLISH IS MORE THAN RECOMMENDED.
2. WHEN CHOOSING COURSES FOR A LEARNING AGREEMENT, STUDENTS SHOULD TAKE THE RECOMMENDED YEAR OF STUDY INTO CONSIDERATION. DESPITE STUDENTS CAN SELECT COURSES FROM ALL FIRST FOUR YEARS OF STUDY, THEY SHOULD NOT NEGLECT THE BASIC KNOWLEDGE THE STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE.
3. WHEN CLICKING ON THE COURSE IN THE LIST OF COURSES BELOW, STUDENTS CAN LEARN ALL IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE COURSE (required achieved knowledge included).
2. TO AVOID COLLISIONS IN A PERSONAL SCHEDULE, STUDENTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO CHOOSE TOO MANY COURSES FROM DIFFERENT YEARS OF STUDY.
3. TO AVOID COLLISIONS IN A PERSONAL SCHEDULE AND TO INCREASE THE LIKELIHOOD OF SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE, STUDENTS SHOULD NOT TAKE TOO MANY COURSES IN GENERAL.
4. TO MINIMIZE COLLISIONS IN A PERSONAL SCHEDULE, students can use schedule for individual years of study valid in the current 2025/2026 academic year (PLEASE CHOOSE ONLY FROM THE COURSES LISTED BELOW).
SOME CHANGES IN SCHEDULE FOR WINTER AND SUMMER SEMESTER 2026/2027 ARE NOT EXCLUDED !!!
For example, INDIVIDUAL DATES OF COURSES TAUGHT IN BLOCK (abbreviated as "BL" in a schedule), especially practical labs or seminars, MAY VARY IN THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR.
When choosing courses from different years of study, COLLISION(S) OF COURSES CAN BE EXPECTED. IN MANY CASES, STUDENTS HAVE TO CHOOSE A MORE IMPORTANT COURSE.
FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT COLLISIONS, please follow instructions of the International Relations Office for the Learning Agreement preparation and the general information on courses.
The schedule is always valid for the whole semester.
MINOR CHANGES IN COURSES ARE NOT EXCLUDED. ESPECIALLY IN CASE OF OBLIGATORY ELECTIVE COURSES OFFERED FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (» "Basic information about courses" - Obligatory elective / elective courses - note No. 1).
You can choose from:
- OBLIGATORY COURSES
- OBLIGATORY ELECTIVE COURSES
- ELECTIVE COURSES
BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT COURSES
TYPE OF COURSES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EACH TYPE:
Obligatory courses
When choosing obligatory courses, check the recommendations on required previous knowledge leading to successful completion of the course (see also recommendation no. 2 above).
WHEN DECIDING TO TAKE SECOND PART OF THE OBLIGATORY COURSE ONLY, BASIC KNOWLEDGE corresponding to the first part of the course as stated in the subject "Information sheet" (by clicking on the obligatory course below in the list of courses offered) IS SELF-EVIDENT.
1) In case of luck of places on the OBLIGAGORY COURSES, regular international students of the Faculty of Pharmacy are given priority over Erasmus+ students.
2) Should a situation arise where the number of Erasmus+ students exceeds the number of places available, then a first-come, first-served approach will be applied.
In this case, the date the Learning Agreement (OLA) is uploaded to the online system will be taken into account.
Obligatory elective / elective courses
Courses are classified in individual years of study according to their difficulty, so that the student has the necessary knowledge gained by completing obligatory subjects in previous years of study.
If the Erasmus+ student already passed required obligatory course / courses at the home university, it is not a problem to take the obligatory elective course also outside the recommended year of study.
For more detailed information with recommendations for the course, please check the appropriate "Information sheet" of the obligatory elective course (by clicking on the obligatory elective course below in the list of courses offered).
1) In case of OBLIGATORY ELECTIVE / ELECTIVE COURSES, it depends on the number of registered students whether the course will open.
At the beginning of the semester, students are informed about the obligatory elective / elective courses that are planned to open in that semester.
2) In case of luck of places, regular international students of the Faculty of Pharmacy are given priority over Erasmus+ students.
3) Should a situation arise where the number of Erasmus+ students exceeds the number of places available, then a first-come, first-served approach will be applied.
In this case, the date the Learning Agreement (OLA) is uploaded to the online system will be taken into account.
Please note that approving the subject by signing the Learning Agreement is not an automatic guarantee that the student will be able to complete the given subject.
IN THE CASE OF A COLLISION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED, THE STUDENT MUST CHOOSE THE MORE IMPORTANT SUBJECT.
INFORMATION ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE COURSE BY THE ERASMUS+ STUDENT:
In order to obtain the final grade and to pass the course successfully, Erasmus+ students must meet the same conditions as regular students of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
