The admission procedure

The admission exams took place on June 19, 2024, in the form of an oral exam in person and online.

Procedure for confirmation of interest in studies EN

Admission interviews for PhD. study will take place on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. - Faculty of Pharmacy, Odbojárov 10, 832 32 Bratislava, in the meeting rooms of the FaF UK dean's office on the ground floor (rooms no. 36 to 39) and in the Multimedia room on 1st floor (rooms no. 140).

Invitations were sent to applicants by post and electronically.

• The Rules Concerning Admission Procedures and the Conditions for Admission for Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University Bratislava in the Academic Year 2024/2025

• The dissertation topics by accredited fields of study

Application form – please complete and submit to the electronic application system AIS2 – https://e-prihlaska.uniba.sk/ais/start.do (click to English version) – thereafter also the printed version with attachments must be sent until May 31, 2024 (inclusive) to the Department of science, doctoral studies and project activities, Faculty of Pharmacy, Comenius University Bratislava, Odbojárov 10, 832 32 Bratislava, Slovak Republic

The applicants shall include these attachments:

a/ Curriculum Vitae,

b/ certified copies of education certificate(s) (diplomas),

c/ a complete list of applicant’s scientific publications or list of results of other professional activities, or reviews of these works and activities,

d/ a personal questionnaire,

e/ academic letter of recommendation,

f/ other relevant certificate(s), if applicable, e.g., a marriage certificate to document a change of surname after graduation from university,

g/ applicants for study in part-time form: a confirmation of an employer on the employment at the time of study application,

h/ applicants for studies from abroad must meet conditions that are equivalent conditions for domestic students interested in studying. Accepted applicants from abroad and Slovak citizens who have completed their second-level university studies at a foreign university, they must submit a Decision on educational equivalence by the date of enrolment at the latest. The decision is submitted to the Department of science, doctoral studies and project activities,

i/ a copy of proof of payment of the application fee (e.g. transaction confirmation) – the administration fee (60 €) must be paid to the Faculty address account:

Comenius University Bratislava published information on the amount of the tuition and related fees to studies at public universities (in accordance with § 92 paragraph 16 of Law No. 131/2002 Coll. on universities and on amendments to certain laws as amended), as follows:

The application fee and the tuition (Faculty of Pharmacy):

1) admission procedure administration fee: € 60

2) full-time study tuition – study programs in the third stage of study (doctorate) in English language: annual tuition fee: free of charge

3) part-time study tuition – study programs in the third stage of study (doctorate) in English language: annual tuition fee € 300 

The admission exams will be held on June 19, 2024 from 8.30 a.m. in the meeting halls of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Odbojárov 10, 832 32 Bratislava, Slovakia, ground floor, rooms No. 36 – 39, possibly online way

The planned number of PhD. students for admission on:

full-time study: 20 students,

part-time study: 20 students.
